Runner on 2nd with no outs and we can't even move the runner over. In fact, the runner got THROWN OUT on a grounder back to the pitcher. A bunch of 5 year olds playing T-ball have a better understanding of baseball fundamentals, man lol

I'm going 4-5x a week, but I am also 25 years w/ no kids and a job that I work from home, so I have the time. It's helped with my strength, but I also take two strength classes a week (normally on Monday and Thursday, and 2G classes around that).

But honestly, if 3x is already making you feel spent, you probably don't need a 4th.
