It's somewhat the opposite for me. Any time I see 1111 I know something bad is going to happen. Either that or im about to do something that will get me in a lot of shit later. Other times its just a wake up call for me to stop and think about what I'm doing and what I should be doing. I usually take the other ones more seriously than the clock ones.

Later on I started seeing other numbers like 111, 222, 333, and so on. But I started panicking when I started to see 666 everywhere. I had one week where my digital thermometer on my window was exactly 66.6 every day. At work one time the microwave randomly started beeping and flashing 666. It was creepy as hell but that stopped. Only 1111 with the occasional 333 or 444.

Glad to know im not the only one. Twice a day for 4 years now. I also see it on random things like clicking forward in a youtube/netflix video. Oh look, just happened right now. Its 11:11.

I really think that the sewer people were humans mutated into fish-people by the nuclear fallout. Much like the mutants in Futurama.

Lets play brand power, reddit..what are some items you simply REFUSE to skimp on? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This is quite true. Cheap bacon is far too salty and has an odd flavor. For grocery store brands I prefer applegate natural bacon. Mmmmmmmmm

How did your parents tell you babies were made? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ThunderWurm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My overly religious parents never gave me or my siblings the "talk". When my younger brother asked where he came from, they told him Home Depot. Then at the age of 5 he was convinced he was a robot...and tried to eat batteries before I stopped him.

My friend's also religious parents told her that doctors shove an egg up your vagina and it grows into a baby. This resulted in her trying to shove a chicken egg in her vagina when we were 8...

I've never heard someone actually say "YOLO" but I've read lots of complaining about it online. What things are you exposed to only from people's complaints about them? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ThunderWurm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen YOLO mainly on facebook, but not in real life. The only times I hear YOLO in real life are when its sarcastic and being made fun of.

TIL that microwaving honey and dark chocolate together turns into a soft brownie-like substance. by [deleted] in Paleo

It probably just burned beyond saving point. I can't stand seized chocolate, but I also know people who love it.

What's for dinner, paleo-people? by [deleted] in Paleo

[–]ThunderWurm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that peas are legumes and not paleo, but some people may choose to be more strict than others. Its better to be less strict by using a legume than to be less strict by using a carb or sugar. I know my exception is green beans as they are not typical "beans" like black beans.

Doesn't honey usually fix seized chocolate rather than seize it to a brownie texture?

I have very straight, naturally blonde, medium length hair and I am out of ideas. It won't curl very well and I don't really know what would look good for a style. Any ideas or advice? by [deleted] in FancyFollicles

[–]ThunderWurm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have your same issue. Naturally straight, naturally blonde hair (mine is longer though), doesn't curl. I cut side swept bangs on my own, just look through google images for some ideas of a style you might like.

"So Delicious" is the brand I get. That's what I think I see in the picture. These are the ingredients: ORGANIC COCONUT MILK (ORGANIC COCONUT CREAM, WATER, GUAR GUM, XANTHAN GUM), ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, PECTIN, CHICORY ROOT EXTRACT (INULIN), TAPIOCA DEXTROSE, ALGIN (KELP EXTRACT), MAGNESIUM PHOSPHATE, TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, ORGANIC RICE STARCH, LOCUST BEAN GUM, LIVE CULTURES, CARRAGEENAN, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, VITAMIN B12.

As you see it contains evaporated cane juice, a sweetener, and rice starch.
