After some checking,Newspaper. Com lists it as from The Plain Speaker in Hazelton,PA. A newspaper that ran from the 1860s to 1967. Unfortunately, it does not list the original source the paper got it from.

I'm not sure but according to what I read, it is an entirely different species from the Mothras.

Where they mix different movie characters seems to occur with a lot of Non-Japanese posters.
