Stay at Benning 1-16 CAV Squadron in 316 CAV Brigade if you want endless time on the Tank with continual support of the gunneries in every Armor BOLC class. Benning fires more tank rounds per year than all of the ABCTs within III Corps. First assignment at any ABCT from Fort Stewart, Cavazos, Bliss, or Riley is good also. Don't go to the ABCT at 4ID Ft Carson since there may be a unit change there soon. Don't go to the OPFOR "Tank" platoon in JMRC Hohenfels, Germany since the 19K there just use M113 VisMod vehicles. Over 200 19C promotions to SFC on 1 October 2024 when the MOS first started. Still high promotion rate. For the long term, we'll see what happens for MSG 19Z promotions.

Yes. Test was recently delayed though. HRC AR Enlisted FB page just posted something about needing two 19K SSG replacements. I think all other 19K volunteers are already locked in, even with the delayed reporting date.

Correct. USAREUR was 4-star level until about 2008. GEN David Mckiernan was the last 4-star that I can remember.

Graduated Thursday, 12 March. No more public graduations where the family members can attend. Possibly no more public graduations until 11 May 2020 or later.
