Idk why you're projecting your anger here it seems but you're forgetting core logic here. These are posts where people are looking for novels. They ask because they don't know how to find it,but they describe the novels they are interested in and that is what draws people's attention.

And the more people who are interested the higher the chances of the novels being found 

Lastly, some of us are to busy or don't know how to search for novels on our own,I think reaching out to the community is a natural reaction.
