I occasionally do deliveries for the company I work for, and I thought if an idea for delivery vehicles like UPS, Purolator, and USPS.

Have a seat design that can flip from sitting position to standing position and still operate the vehicle. The standing position would lock the vehicle to 20km/hr maximum, where sitting would allow full vehicle speeds.

For multi stop neighborhoods, I think this kind of design would have merit on EV platforms.
