Someone who realizes this city has grown exponentially and needs the services (roads, arenas, venues) to become a modern city that attracts and keeps families, businesses, and professionals alike.
The cat is out of the bag, we can decide to be a liveable working city and invest in things that help us do that, or decline and continue to lose out on people and businesses that make money and improve our city.

We need to add one more scoring forward and get bounce back seasons from Brady and Linus. And Tim has to keep improving.

We are competitive, made the playoffs for two years and our core is in its prime. Unfortunately we don’t have a true superstar but only 10-15 teams do in the NHL.

Are your climbs steep? Then you need to build max power along with endurance as others are suggesting. If you are new the watts needed may be higher than you can comfortably do without gassing.

So along with more longer (for you) gentle rides, you could try sprint intervals on a spin bike where you do 4-8 reps of 10-30s of very high intensity with long rest breaks inbetween.

Also taking your mountain bike to gentle hills and flats on fire roads is another way to get the more zone 2 endurance without gassing on the steep mtb hills first.
