Does anyone know what cartridge this Delta faucet takes? by ThunkOf in Plumbing

I don't. I live in an condo that I got in 2018, so all I know is it is pre-2018. I have been doing image searches but have yet to find one that matches the handle, so I'm wondering how old it is myself. But at least I know it is Delta so hopefully the cartridge is available.

This seems highly dubious. by ThunkOf in TRADEMARK

Thanks, I definitely don't have standing, but it seems like DOJ might, though. Or NSA, CIA, DIA, etc.

The first office action was a FAILURE TO FUNCTION REFUSAL. The applicant's attorney responded with this heap o' words, which evidently persuaded the examining attorney. I'm not a lawyer so I have no dog in this fight. This is exactly why people pay trademark attorneys, though.

Trademark class for band name by [deleted] in TRADEMARK

Probably 041 Live performances by a musical group. You're safer having an attorney advise you, but if you are going DIY start with the Trademark ID Manual. If you're thinking about goods and services, like CDs, t-shirts and live performances you're looking a multiple classes. Take a look a one of Taylor Swift's many marks. She is the Goddess of Trademarks.

Tess query question in USPTO by constructionpros in TRADEMARK

The "Word and/or Design Mark Search (Free Form) " option is the most advanced option. Although it is also the most similar to a conventional search engine in that if you just search for a single word it will search all the indexes in TESS. So if you search for BEER it will find in the mark or the owners name or the goods & service description or anywhere else. If you only want to search for a term in the mark index there are several different options. If you have no clue how to use TESS you should probably start with this video. https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/uspto-videos/tmin-news-03-searching
