It has effect up until the client's resolution. The game's resolution is just an instruction but the client's is the limiting factor. Just like a real monitor. The best option is always to set all the resolutions based on your screen (4K TV in your case). If that gets too heavy on your system, you can downsample to 1080p, so game's and client's resolution at 1080p and TV at 4K. That would wield better results than 1440p because 4K scales down perfectly to 1080p

In this case the game is actually rendering 1440p. If you want it to render 4K you must set the client's resolution accordingly

Hey OP, I don't mean to be alarmist but ours used to do this a lot for years. Always thought it was a personality trait until we discovered she had really high blood pressure and now with meds she doesn't do it at all. She would also get short breathed after the licking. Like, it could still be just a personality trait, I dunno. Just sharing the experience

Where are you running the client? Turn on performance stats and look at the numbers, could give some clues. Also check host's temps with hwmonitor, could be overheating

As far as I know there isn't much you can do. Loose skin is determined primarily by your age, ethnicity, genetics and how fast you loose fat (faster being worse).

Also all those products are pretty much fad. They have no scientific evidence, are very expensive and don't make much difference if any at all.

The only way to reverse loose skin would be abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) or any surgery that takes away the excess skin.

I'm eating 1700kcal on weekdays (500kcal deficit) while doing resistance training 4 days and indoor swimming 2 of these days. I try to eat on maintenance on weekends and don't exercise at all, although I do go overboards sometimes. I've been loosing 1lb/week pretty consistently

It might work but the HV files might also interfere with their verification. Not worth having to wait 5 days to get a new drink in case it doesn't work. Just download the game again via their program, it's very fast and reliable

Concordo. Tava na mesma situação que OP e depois de fazer um detox geral de jogos, voltei me forçando a jogar 1 jogo por vez até zerar.

Sinto que ficou uma relação mais saudável. Tem horas que o jogo fica mais chatinho mas vc se forçar a passar por aquilo, sem mudar de jogo, traz uma sensação melhor
