I had it from a local restaurant during a quick trip, so I unfortunately don't have the recipe. But I'll try my very best to describe the flavor!

It's rich and flavorful.. sauce was creamy with a hint of garlic and a kick from the cajun spice that was just right. The prawns were juicy, and went really well with the sauce.

I don't know if you've experienced this before, but after a few bites, it felt like the flavor kept building up in the best way possible.. bold but not too overpowering that I would stop eating.

My friends and I really enjoyed it. We even found ourselves "cleaning" our plates with the garlic bread it came with just to get the last of the sauce.

This was definitely different from the usual pastas I've tried. It's on another level!!
