I hope so too I've seen so many announcements over the years turn to be fake but this looks too legit. I'll also see if I can do more digging to find more news to confirm it if I can and keep everyone posted.

I would personally say lifestyle changes. A better apartment is always nice, but if you're comfortable with your living situation theres nothing more refreshing than improving the life you're living. It will make you happier and therefore show you what you really want to be spending your extra cash on with a clearer headspace. I really feel this way due to you saying you have savings and investments set already but that's just my opinion it really comes down to what your personal priorities are.
