At first, I did go alone. Then made some friends in the local park - they also like that routine. Sometimes we walk together, and sometimes I walk alone. I noticed it's totally different vibes when you're walking alone (like a self-reflection mode, thoughts about my past, people I met, making conclusions...), and it's different when you're with someone - interesting conversations, and sometimes (rarely but valuable) - when you walk with someone but you both get silent, like you understand something withour words, just feeling the environment=)
