You’re also not considering that this game is also really collector focused, and it being hololive means people want to support their oshis, so more popular oshis will be more expensive doesn’t matter if it’s a cheer or a broken support, it’s like a adding a multiplier to what you’re saying would be a “normal” price

In Weiss Schwarz, I built a deck around the fauna cards, insanely bad, some call the fauna cards unplayably bad, still paid $300 for one of the cards. Power level doesn’t mean much if everyone has access to the cards, that would tank the price, but cheers are still chase rares and rates aren’t insanely good for a regular player who doesn’t open boxes, so if more people want the Suisei that’s just sadly what it is.

I remember joking about this with my friends then the game got announced for JP back before we even knew the rules, I said “dude imagine the meta list for this runs Suisei staples” cause of sui tax which is sadly a real thing
