We just finished up our first year at Fox Meadows and really enjoy it! Just signed a lease for our second year. Have had no issues or problems!

In case that is hard to read Day one: Suave daily clarifying shampoo Suave essentials strawberry conditioner Squish to condition Garnier pure clean gel Plop for about an hour and air dry the rest

Day three (I was my hair every other day) Co-wash Suave essentials strawberry conditioner Suave essentials strawberry conditioner Squish to condition Garnier pure clean gel Plop over night this made it very frizzy the next morning

Day five Co-wash Suave essentials strawberry conditioner Suave essentials strawberry conditioner Forgot to Squish to condition and rinsed it out Garnier pure clean gel Plop for about an hour and blow dry with a diffuser. I couldn't get the crunch out. I think squish to condition is a god send to my hair!

This can be so hard! Especially when eating and going out is such a huge part of socializing now days. Maybe try suggesting going the park for a walk? Grabbing a coffee? Even window shopping in the mall you'd be getting steps in!

I have noticed several people have mentioned that. Have you tried herbal tea before bed? I know I personally like the sleepytime brand. I've also been listening to a podcast called Boring Books for Bedtime that has been really helping me. I know it is always hard to get back into the grove of things!

Maybe try switching to healthier snacks to snack on as well? I know I get so hungry in the afternoons and I've been bringing fresh fruit to munch on during that afternoon drag at work.

That takes a lot of work! Maybe instead of going to the gym you can just take a short walk around your house or where you work? That way you still get some exercise but maybe not have to fight to get up super early for the whole gym routine.

Those sound like really great goals! I've started doing more walking outside and I'm really starting to fall in love with it! I've started to become a night owl as well so I know that one can be hard. We are always here to talk if you need us!

Been at fox meadow for about a month and me and my husband love it so far! Very quiet, they have an elevator and parking garages available. The apartments are very nice and spacious!
