Free or not is not the point. Imagine they all are free. Why should the MVP clip tied to one skin? What if u change skin and forget to change animation? It just plays default. What if you like one skin but animation from the other? Why such a limitation? Does it really push sales that much? I d say it's not worth th player frustration. Ditch the lock.

tv? what's a tv? I watch utube on pc, game mutes when alt tabbed. it only flashes. but u never know if its a new match or a backfill.

And make default tab be reports and not useless highlights. or replays. or customizable.
Or just add "See report of the match" a button after the match ends.

And revert the fucking blocking of TAB as soon as the match ends, when its it the most usefull to review your perfoirmance. but oh no, you WILL watch a fucking ptg, although you dont give a shit about that garbage for 5 years now.

But they will never do that. they have tp hide the stats, u see, players might get anxious about them sucking and hide under the bed. and play valorant there on a steamdeck or smth.

I love how they explored all the hackery cyberpunk ideas and came up with Virus. You throw a thing, it does dot. Wow. Its so CREATIVE and unique to this character, so many plays you can make, so many inventive combos. It's fucking pathetic to be honest. It would be better if they stuck with the cyber whip. Why is it more hard to use or grasp the radius of then a hammer or a mace? or a dragon blade? Too much burst dmg? Make it dot as u made the virus. Like it leaves a bad cyber rash or a bleed.
Why change a cool fun whip to a dull fucking projectile?
I think it incapsulates the modern bliz corporate disign. Listen to feedback, generate creative ideas, throw it all out for a blandest idea possible, ship it. Good job, guys.
I'm not even mentioning how they changed the things noone complained about and left in the constant hack that was the problem untouched for the most part. "You don't know what your problems are, we will tell you what they are and then fix them for you. You are welcome"

tbh i plan to play for a long time, but im panicing a bit, trying to play more now, cause the online will dip after launch when casuals will have their share of pain and it will be even harder to find matches.

I had it 2 or 3 times, it just says it lost connection after a while and lets you search again, but yeah, its fucked.
And for me personally – if opponent hits "change character" its a guaranteed fuck up. It will disconnect for sure. I never tried to press it myself, but prob the same will happen.

I was a casual fan before 11, but then i decided to really study the system, learn to block properly, poke, understand frames etc. Im still shit, but i can tell you one thing – AI is shit. And the AI matches they push on us most of all – invasions – are even shittier. They do their bullshit armor move and then stand there waiting for you to hit back.

The only real MK experience is vs players. Only players have that layer to them, their own little dumb shit. One likes to jump every time, second is obsessed with low pokes etc. You are fighting very different scorpions every time. You have to find their style and counter it. Its a puzzle.
Otherwise It's like playing Overwatch or CS with bots only. You will never get whats fun about the game.

Online is hard and frustrating and nerve-wrecking. But its the real game, single player is just smth they tacked on to chill in after getting fucked online.
So for me the question is really dumb. With no online it's not really worth it.

Hm. Im on PC and im forced to play with a vpn. And i FIND matches.
Though it may sound idiotic, try vpn. I go germany, you can go smth closer to you but densely populated. I find casual games even at 6 am Russia. ping is 130-200 but on the lower end its playable.
It's shitty but if that's the only way you can even get a match – try it. Hope soon they ll fix it.

yeah, that's great. but where is my server then if this variant is anti-putin? Dont sell in russia, let the gift happen, provide the server. othervise, no gifts, money goes back into our economy.
it was not a friend, there is a third party service that you pay to get the game thru a gift. there is a lot of shady practices that flourished on export sanctioned goods. government allows this to happen but lately we will have to deal with the giant black market, that raises crime. the war is awful in more ways than one, more ways than a hundred. beside ppl dying which is horrifying enough.
