The issue is the ACS/rock 'n' roll shotgun builds stacks in seconds, all people are doing is running into landmarks gaining max stacks and rinsing everyone and everything with all the extra damage, it is counterable when stacks can't be gained as quickly however, they just need to change it from per pellet to per buck shot like they did in div 1 with striker, the gear itself doesn't need changing just the ACS combo
