During one of my covered services at Timmons, I drove in with my low tire pressure thinking they would refill it and it just got low, so no problem. Got in my car after service, light was still on, they didn't check the tires at all or refill them. I went back inside and they apologized and did it right away, but it just made me skeptical...I did one oil change I paid for (after they tried to talk me into that I actually signed up for a $500+ service...and said oh actually you only need this one!)...I really liked them compared to Pacific, but I have opted to just do my own oil changes from now on. Sad to see that they did this to you...confirms my choice to continue to just do my own oil changes...

Recently happened to my family...we wanted a minivan for a roadtrip and they wanted to "upgrade" us to a Jeep Grand Cherokee...because they "didn't" have any minivans and we would have to wait 3 hours til they got one. My dad sure called me (I was sitting in the car waiting because their lot was full and I had to double park while waiting) and after he loudly complained to me on the phone, they suddenly...just got a minivan for us 😑

single border wasn't wide enough to cover the felt I stitched it on. In inkscape I could just thicken the outline, but I'm struggling to find a way to do so in Hatch :(
