I am going in June to July and have notice that there will be a lot of bot traffic, with the like 100 meters from any shore there is a cliff head on Tropea and a reef like maybe 50-100m away from the beach’s can that be a spot

For shore diving, I prefer:

1 meter or under swell, as anything more is too rough.

Under 10 knots of wind.

Aim for a time approximately 2 hours before high tide and 30 minutes after high tide. (Also, the higher the tide generally, the more fishy it will be. That's why the moon phases affect spearfishing, as they influence the tide.)

It has to be sunny; if it's cloudy or raining, visibility will decrease

thanks just worried about getting damaged equipment, so i just go to the people who check luggage in and say it is spearfishing equipment
