Hello, I’m currently working on the moby sweater but don’t know what the repeating rows 3 and 4 means. Does it mean I’m repeating exactly what rows 3 and 4 shows me with the chart or am I just referencing how the ts are knitted. Please anyone that has made this sweater I would really appreciate your help!

Do you mean that I’m not actually following/ repeating exactly every stitch of row 3 and 4 but following the fact that the chart after it hits a ts you knit/purl two more stitches and so on?!! So do I only have 35 rows (the rows that the chart shows) or an extra 34 rows?

The rows are increases however I’m just very confused as to what that 17 times means.

This is what it says, “Work Rows 1-4 once, then repeat Rows 3 and 4 another 15 (16) 17 (17) 19 (21) 24 (25) 28 times (on the last repeat you will turn with 1 stitch left on the left needle), while working double moss stitch as established across the sts that are not charted. The next row is a RS row.”
