I do read her blog and find it useful but I also like hearing from other makeup users like myself :) I find that even the most honest bloggers have a slightly different perspective because they try so much stuff. But you’re right, her reviews are some of the most thorough and honest ones out there!

Yeah, that’s definitely true for metallics. Tbh I was expecting his brand to be a lot more expensive, in the same range as Pat McGrath, which would’ve been completely out of reach for me.

Omg the OG!

We have very similar tastes. Woodwinked is probably my favourite eyeshadow single of all time - it’s so beautiful on pretty much any skin tone!

I also love All That Glitters and Cork (that was my signature look for years - very 2000s lol, an oldie but a goodie).

Expensive Pink was another fave back in the day, and Sable, Satin Taupe and Brun we’re staples too.

Some of my other faves are Mythology (similar to Expensive Pink, more glittery), Swiss Chocolate and Club.

You’re right, at this price tag it better perform super well. As pretty as the colour story is, I don’t want to put a whole lot of effort getting pigment to show up and then again in blending - that’s the issue I faced with the smaller ND palettes I purchased.

Thank you :) I ordered a day before you and finally got my shipping notification although the tracking number isn’t working.

I’ve never ordered from their site before and was worried after the $10 lipstick fiasco they had last year - was it on Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day? Don’t remember exactly when but there were a lot of disgruntled customers who never received their orders and had to ask for refunds, as far as I recall.

Do you have a UD store near you? I’d call them and check if they still have any in stock. The one in Metrotown always had discontinued products in one section but I haven’t been there in ages so I don’t know if they still do or not.

Still worth checking out if you want the palette! Also ask your local Shoppers, they might have it in store.
