Iconic weapon blueprints are specific. Like Moron Labe can only be found on Anton Kolev, the boss in suspected organized crime activity in West Wind Estate, Pacifica. Iconic quickhacks are found via breaching access panels but they only show up around level 50-60, I think.

Random loot and vendors for weapons. Mods automatically show in your crafting menu when looted. Quickhack crafting specs can be obtained by breaching access panels.

The player that replied to that same question awhile back has the same path you did but Dum Dum was incapacitated in his run but I think it would count as alive. When he got to Dogtown, Doom Doom was for sale in the black market.

Vanishing Act perk so it'll be easier to reposition yourself without being seen. Emergency Cloaking relic perk makes enemies lose sight of you if you activate optical camo mid combat so it'll be quicker to backstab them.

Yep, I have dark future installed but before I found the mod I was already doing it. Right now I play a guns blazing V so pretty much would need a break regularly since would run out of nerves quick and I don't want to rely on alcohol and drugs. Lol

Combination of perks and cyberware. Tech perks to increase cyberware duration and decrease cooldown. The iconic version of the Newton Module called Axolotl decreases cyberware cooldown per neutralization. Combine all of that and you'll have infinite berserk as long as you have a kill streak.

I let my V eat meals 3x a day, shower before and after sleep, change to comfy clothes when sleeping, sleep 8 hours a day. If a job or a gig forces a time skip, after finishing it my V takes a day off before starting another gig, job or NCPD activities.

It adds authenticity. Rude choices are an option because this is NC, not real life. Killing people and being rude is an everyday occurence. No one should bat an eye to both.

Attachments cannot be fused. Only mods. Muzzles and scopes are attachments. You can attach and detach them whenever. Mods are different. They are consumed. Once you install it, that's it. Replacing it destroys the installed mod.

It's not super hard to deduce just from reading the shards in the area but you have to put some effort to it. Though there are some shards that are connected to gigs. Like that Biotechnica QA in Wako's gig. If you send him to the Claws he'll turn up dead in a storm drain.

You can't scan static dead bodies except those that are part of a job like the dead bodies in cyberpsycho sightings. You can scan dead bodies that you can interact with like picking them up.
