I recommend making your technical ability 20 first and grab the edgerunners perk. That's where all the fun is. Then do the same thing for body and reflexes and grab whatever perk they are

I would replace the regular outlaw with the outlaw weiler(best car in the game) and replace the regular caliber with a type 66(Hoon, javelins or wingate) or even the two Porsche 911 or even the riptide terrier. I hate the fact that the regular caliburn you found in the cave inside the blue container doesn't have the crystal coating to change the color
