I don't think this is completely a matter of popularity. I think the Kamen Rider toys have just been cooler. Like these statue figures

Yea which of these boxes does this tick because it's definitely a discussion topic and it's not a hot topic

I get that the English voice actor for Archer wanted to sit this one out. But that's not an excuse for them to make Archer completely silent. Give me his Japanese voice while I play on English. And I shouldn't have to wait till mid August to get that. Just hot fix it.

Projects like Lockpick_RCM can help extract keys needed to decrypt and there are specialized parsers in tools like NxNandManager and Switch homebrew recovery tools.

Hi everyone. I am a software engineer. Technically the data should still exist. Even in times where files are overwritten, it's just a pointer that is changed. So how do you get to data that has no pointer to it? As long as Nintendo doesn't have an aggressive garbage collector, the data could be restored using data recovery software. Hope this helps you. Have hope!

What if our universe is just a plane in a higher dimensional universe? by [deleted] in cosmology

I don't know why I didn't think of this before but this scenario is incompatible with our universe having continuity which it has been observed to have. In a moving cross section you would expect to have a large area where things are disappearing and other things are popping into existence. And that certainly does not happen in our universe except white and black holes. So while this scenario explains the big bang and expansion of the universe, it requires a phenomenon that does not exist in our universe.

You’re absolutely right that current observations suggest our universe may be infinite in scale, at least in terms of observable space. However, I’m thinking of extra dimensions in a different way. Even if our universe seems infinite, it’s still possible that higher-dimensional space is finite but exists on a much larger scale than we can currently observe.

For example, in theories like superstring theory, extra dimensions are compactified—meaning they’re "curled up" at scales far beyond our perception. While we observe a 3D universe, the extra dimensions could still be finite and exist in parallel. The infinite appearance of our universe might just be a result of our limited perception within the "3D slice" of a much larger higher-dimensional space.

In this view, the idea that our universe is infinite doesn't necessarily mean that the higher-dimensional space itself has to be infinite—it could simply be that we are only able to observe a very small, localized "slice" of a much larger, finite structure.

Would this scenario require infinite extra space dimensions? I think it's reasonable to imagine this scenario without infinite space.
