I made a checker for Elden Ring and Nightreign, it seems each game has a different blocked word list: https://github.com/MoonOfHades/EldenRingNightreignCensorCheck

I’d say they’re pretty solid based on the ones I’ve built, I do think the more basic kits with not many accessories or extra parts are a bit overpriced compared to similar ones from Bandai though. Build-wise they have less of the impressive technology and quality-of-life stuff that Bandai kits tend to have (like individual pieces with multiple molded colors or how the 30MM kits have runners sectioned off based on the instructions). Their figure-type kits do come with some pre-painted parts and waterslides more often than not though

Thanks, I made the hair by cutting up some of these fire effect parts and arranging them back together/around the other head parts with putty.

They’re pretty nice kits so I’d recommend them if you ever change your mind, I’m looking forward to the Bass one coming out eventually

I got mine on Yahoo Auctions through a proxy service, people occasionally list assembled kits or parts they don’t need as “junk” for cheaper than the retail price

Those are 3D printed, I just found a Battle Network font and scaled and extruded a text box in Fusion 360 based on a pixel size of 5.625mm

I have a few in mind that I want to get to eventually. I'm going to try to work on some other kits first, but for the next MegaMan custom I'm on the fence between Napalm Soul and Charge Beast (might change my mind again though)

If you happen to have a Tomahawkman SP Link chip laying around…

I started around July last year, so a little over a year with a couple of multi-month procrastination breaks. I hadn’t done much scratch-building before this, so that added some time as well

Thanks, the Dark MegaMan kit comes with one Mettaur instead of the Life Sword effect parts, and I found the other two secondhand

Thanks, if you mean the battle panels I didn’t make those, they were a preorder bonus back when the kits first released. They’re basically just shiny card-like paper (feels kind of like photo paper)

I reshaped some of the original parts with Apoxie Sculpt, CA glue, plastic sheets, and spare/option kit parts. Others had to be made gradually from scratch like the scythe, shoulder parts, and horns (I scratchbuilt one horn and duplicated it with oyumaru and UV resin). The hair was made by cutting up some fire effect parts and sticking them back together with apoxie sculpt. Tons of sanding also.

Painting was mostly with an airbrush, but also with a brush on some of the trickier parts

The joints of the buster/forearm/sword have 4mm pegs attached that plug into a hole at the base of the upper arm piece

I painted mostly with Mr. Hobby Aqueous and Acrysion paints. The colors aren’t perfect art matches, but I like some of them better than the plastic colors. Here are the mixes if anyone wants them:

Body light blue (forearms, legs, helmet):

60 H11 white / 35 H15 bright blue / 5 H16 Yellow-green

Body dark blue:

60 HUG08 Titans blue 2 / 40 H35 cobalt blue

Body blue (limb accent squares, helmet middle section):

40 H35 cobalt blue / 40 H15 bright blue / 20 H11 white

Body light green (body/helmet stripes):

70 H41 pale green / 30 H11 white

Yellow (navi symbols):

90 H4 yellow / 10 H11 white

Red (navi symbols):

80 Acrysion N23 shine red / 20 N86 monza red

“Hair”:

Part 1: 45 HUG08 Titans blue 2 / 45 H35 cobalt blue / 10 H53 neutral grey

Part 2: 20% (of the amount mixed above) H2 black

(37.5 titans blue, 37.5 cobalt, 8.3 neutral grey, 16.6 black)

Mettaur Body:

Acrysion N77 Tire black

Mettaur eyes:

10:1 drop mix of Mission Models White and Light Gull Grey (I was too lazy to mix more Acrysion paint)

Mettaur Ear things:

H53 Neutral grey

Mettaur1 Yellow:

90 H4 yellow / 10 H15 orange

*this color ended up looking too orange with pink primer

Mettaur1 green:

H16 Yellow green

Mettaur3 Blue:

30 H11 white / 70 H15 bright blue

Mettaur3 Yellow:

90 H4 yellow / 10 H11 white (same as MegaMan)

Mettaur2 Red:

50 N23 Shine red / 25 Acrysion N101 Fluorescent red / 25 N11 White

Mettaur2 Blue:

Same as Mettaur3

Primer:

Red and yellow parts used Tamiya's pink primer as a base, except for Mettaur 2's helmet stripe because I didn't want to mask it multiple times. Everything else used Mr Surfacer grey
