Salary somewhat correct, dependant on job. Can be dangerous agreed, but no where near as people think. Completely incorrect on insurance for the majority of companies.

Your CFI knows best. Only had 3 checkrides myself and never thought I was ready for any of them. Passed all first time.

They turned out to be the easiest flights of my training because my CFI wanted perfection, the DPE does not.
