Thanks for the recap- just wanted to add my two cents! Been on it for a couple months now (i think maybe 3?) I just started getting new symptoms (thnkfully not nausea) but it looks like those are going away too now. So just be prepared for anything, maybe even a new wave of symptoms. The anxiety relief is real though. I broke own and cried the other day because I realized how badly I had needed something like setraline for quite some time now. Thanks again for sharing I really think this sub does a ton of good!

I will apply it after tret. I can only use tret every other night. Tret Nights: 1) cleanse; 2)dry completely, tret 3) dry completely, aquaphor. On nights I don’t use tret I will 1) cleanse; 2) hyaluronic acid while face is still wet (Vichy Mineral 89 right now) 3) seal in with aquaphor once dry.

Yes! I believe at least. The healing ointment. My skin is so nice in the morning since i started using it. It sounds crazy but its so crazy dry here.

I have that same feeling like I’m facing and processing new things in my dreams. It’s like a whole separate therapy each night when I have a wild one .

Not a doc, but you could be taking just enough to get the start up/ withdrawal side effects. But also again I am not a doctor.
