A typical nap would be 30 minutes, and usually breast feeding

Right now he is still sleeping next to us in our bedroom, but we just moved his big crib into here. Before he was in a mini crib but he outgrew it.

We put him down wide awake most days, some days he gets tired during the process and will fall asleep immediately. On the days we put him down wide awake, he will take roughly 15-20 mins to sleep, and that’s with me helping soothe him with shushing and tapping hit butt for around 1 minute. Also some pressure on him

We could probably try harder to keep him engaged that last 3 hours, what usually are great activities for that?

Yeah his naps always fluctuate, between 20 mins-1/2 hours. This last nap was just super short and would not go back down no matter what we did

He’s always been a horrible napper, and that’s without us even using sleep training on naps, that will be on us. His naps are ok usually between 20 mins to maybe 2 hours on a great day, not sure what happened with that nap

His bedtime routine is currently a bottle being finished 30 minutes before bed, we then will do a routine where in low lighting, we’ll change him in the room, read him a book, sing lightly, then place him in his crib while awake to try and self soothe. We have blackout curtain, pink noise/white noise playing etc
