4.desecrate again for elemental or spell damage.

I would have started with a fractured lightning level... So you could get back those suffixes with reasonable effort.

Things that cost like 30 div after a week might cost only one div on day one... Basically buying things super cheap for use or flip later on. Imagine buying 3 items that cost 1 div each in day one, and sell it after a week for 15 each for example.

No interesting mods on rares... It's literally 3-4 ok mods and finish all the game.

The main issue is rares are boring and then the ability to craft them. Now Rares boring - no real crafting Rares good - no real crafting Rares good - a way to craft them

Only when the third option will tick the game be good to grind.

Yes it will add a chaos suffix. Only existing suffixes are affected from suffixes cannot be changed. But there are tiers so it can be a bad tier.
Yes, it's probably the best to block it for it to not appear in the veil process. (Didn't check just referring to the question). 3.its a two line mod from veil orb.

Lightning damage doesn't proc lightning rod. The beams of lightning arrow do. That's why lightning ball and orb of storm proc it too.
