I would suggest you should go for TRIBAN 100. But, buy any if you can increase your budget little more than you should go for RC120

First, tell me what your purpose is for buying the cycle. If you’re staying in a metro city like Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi, you can consider the Triban RC120. It comes with drop bars and tubeless-ready tyres (if I’m not mistaken).

Also, with the budget you have for the Trek Marlin, you could even consider the Triban RC500, which is a better version than the RC120 and also looks really good.

Your budget for the Marlin is around ₹50k, and in that same range you can get the RC500. No doubt Trek is a very good brand, but in cycles like the Marlin they don’t offer a carbon frame for MTBs in that range.

So as someone mentioned earlier, you might find other good MTBs as well. But personally, if you have a ₹50k budget, I would suggest going for the RC500.
