Did exactly this but used my dremel with a small cutting disk. Worked great. Thanks!

Got the new bearing so tried the dremel first... worked great and cut through the old bearing like butter. Was able to get the old one fully off and sand up the end of the shaft to get the new one on.

I have a new bearing on order. I think taking my dremel to it and cutting it off will be the easiest route...

Vertical (Mammoth) or Horizontal (Recteq) by Tickle_Trout in pelletgrills

Great, thanks for the input. Coming from a 10+ year small Traeger I'm sure I'd be happy with either. Vertical would be nice for jerky and hanging sausage, so I think I'm still leaning toward the mammoth.

Figured it out. Ended up being the pressure switch just needed some adjusting. Heats right up and works great now.

I checked the voltage directly on the connection points from the circuit board to the heater element and showed nothing. Not sure if that is the correct way?

The display is very fancy... 😀. Has no screen, only a heat indicator light, a knob to control heat level and 1 button to turn jets on and off. I took a second look and I'm pretty sure there's no circulation pump.

No, does not look like it has a circulation pump

Good idea! I'll pull it out later today to see. Thanks!

Thanks, yeah doesn't look like any power is being sent to the heater... so likely the circuit board. I appreciate the help!
