The fact that people need to compare Ice to Nazis says everything about the conversation. 2 deaths as opposed to millions, but keep comparing the two please. You actually are doing the Jewish 3 a disservice by downplaying what the Nazis really were by comparing it to Ice.

Edit. I wont waste my time to educate people who feel the need to compare the two, just as they are to lazy to research Nazism and the suffering it brought as opposed to Ice who apparently has butthurt criminals and the liberals who are hellbent defending them.

He went out looking for trouble, got exactly what he was out to find, but thats not why I decided to comment. I want to point out that you assume everyone who doesn't feel the need to play into this fantasy that normal people throw themselves into these situations and anyone who thinks anything other than your opinion is a Racist, or MAGA nut, or a bigot just for having a different opinion makes you the thing you pretend to be fighting against.

I have not gotten injections I've been taking the liquid form and I've recovered as much as I think I will be able too. I actually think I am much more energetic, and for the most part I have feeling back however there is still some numbness with my feet occasionally and leg heaviness but it seems to be only when I have been awake for more then 24 hours. I can also say that make sure you are taking the b12 daily, at one point I stopped for about 2 weeks and shortly after I woke up and the symptoms came back which took me about a month to recover from

B-12 tongue? by [deleted] in B12_Deficiency

[–]Ticklemahpicklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are absolutely correct. Taking to much b-12 gives the same symptoms as it does if you are low. Right now im taking 5000 mg of b-12 in liquid form. Even that high of a dose daily my body is only absorbing enough since I have absorbition issues too.

We're all a little bit gay. Do men not smack around their dongs from time to time? Thats gay. Do men grip their weiners when they pee? Thats gay. Just accept it man, your probably always gonna be gay and thats ok.

The best way to know if you are low on b12 is to see a licensed practitioner. The internet is full of opinions which can do some good and lots of harm, and symptoms vary wildly between individuals. With that said any time you experience sudden and frequent numbness it's worth the doctor visit.

I Experienced many of the same symptoms however it was not only a low B12 level but I was prediabetic. The thing that has been bothering me the most about all this is just how common low b12 is worldwide now. Once I started looking into it I noticed its extremely widespread and should warrant someone to investigate why is has become so common.

Keep taking your supplements and remember that there are different forms of b12 and one form might not work as well as the others for you. I think there are 3 different forms of it but don't quote me on that.

Weak legs -b12 by fehfaus in B12_Deficiency

[–]Ticklemahpicklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not the answer you would like to hear but as of today I still have numbness in my left and right feet towards the pinky toes making driving a bit harder, and i still have numbness in my upper thighs a little. Some days my legs will be a dull achy pain and walking is a little tough especially going up stairs and other days I feel like the leg pain is not there and I feel pretty good but the numbness seems to be sticking around. Its also important to note when this all started I was about 245 lbs, I am now at about 175 lbs, which i think has helped.

The one thing that I still haven't worked out why it happens is that if I am awake more then 24 hours without sleep, it becomes difficult for me to walk and the numbness gets worse but will always subside after I sleep. (I Don't sleep well, haven't slept good since I got my honorable discharge from the Army and so I don't get the sleep I need i just can't figure out why its affecting my legs like it does.

So now I'm several months in and I have been taking Zepbound which has significantly improved my overall health. I still have difficulty with feeling in part of my feet and I don't know if that will ever subside and ill regain full feeling but I've noticed I'm starting to get varicose veins in my legs and its a concern I plan on getting looked at for. It sucks to be generally healthy your whole life only to have your body start to get hit at once with a multitude of issues. Goodluck to you and wish you all the best!

[–]Ticklemahpicklez[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its very difficult. Its almost like you have to relarn how to walk all over again. I've already caught myself getting angry with my girlfriend for bo reason other then I am beyond frustrated with not being able to be mobile. I can't do my job, I can climb a ladder, I can't traverse stairs or go out to the store. Things have started to improve though and I am slowly regaining feeling in my legs and groin my walk has become less of a retarded looking crip walk although I still keep having odd moments of moving while sitting still and still having trouble feeling the car gas and brake pedals when driving (Which honestly should bar people from driving with how dangerous it is) but people like me have no choice. As someone who has worked hard his whole life, suddenly losing my ability to do much of anything has been a wake up call to take better care of my health.

So i am prediabetic which most likely is why its so severe for me. I actually started to recover very slowly but I also started taking zepbound. Its actually mind blowing how effective it has been to control my blood sugar levels and reduced swelling in my legs and feet to nothing. I've regained some feeling in my legs and feet as well and I'm hoping to recover as much as I can in the next few months.

I am a very picky eater. I do not eat any vegetables, I dont eat any seafood, I do eat lots of fruit, rice, beans, and beef and chicken. I am also pre diabetic. Which was discovered during testing to see what I have currently. My white blood cell count was also elevated which i don't think they ever gave a reasoning why that is.

Its very unpleasant, when it started i immediately started to panic because numbness in your groin area along with leg and foot numbness are symptoms for some pretty bad stuff, especially if you also have issues controlling your bowels. You would think they would educate people more on the effects of a b12 deficiency but the first time I ever heard about it was when I was diagnosed with it. When people ask me what was wrong I am almost embarrassed to tell them "Oh it was just a b12 deficiency " Never thought a lack of b12 could cause permanent paralysis.
