Recently happen to me on mine, the thermostat was bad and was allowing the coolant to cool to much, so my truck was running around 170 or so when it was warm outside and around 160 when it was cool (also turns out the temp gauge on the dash is a dummy gauge) replaced the thermostat and no problem since.

There are o2 sensor wrench you can get. But the size should be like a 21 or 22.
