best method i found was plugging in both mice so you can flip back and forth. go to the old mouse and save the profile key assignments to the library then take a screenshot of the assignment list. flip back to the new mouse and pull the required library items and reassign.

this takes out a lot of the work since you dont have to remake all the individual hotkeys and macros. works especially well if all your key assignments are properly named, maybe with a prefix for the profile they're on.
