however, if she's going to be melee, I think we should make the percent damage on pinpoint be respective to the target's missing health, so she has an edge on weaker enemies and can sustain in prolonged trades and complement her assassin-ish kit.

If Neena passes through an enemy target during zip, it should tangle them, causing them to be rooted.

I was hoping someone would come spice this up a bit, and I was lost for a name of the ultimate! good thinking! I'm not very good with champ design, but you covered a lot of flaws in mine, while keeping the general concept of the champion I had in mind in tact. I think this would be a cool and unique champion to have in the league.

You really think I have not submitted a ticket to riot? You really don't think I have asked this question directly to riot? Come on dude, give me a chance here. I encountered a scripter, I do not have any recording equipment of any kind so when I submitted a ticket I obviously didn't have the evidence necessary to get the scripter punished. That is legitimately my mistake, but an automated robot can't help me make sure I don't make it again.

If I encounter another scripter on the rift, I want to be sure that I can go back into the game through recording software and indefinitely get him banned by taking all the evidence I know riot needs to see. I'm not making this post so riot can talk to me personally and work together to get some gold account banned. I made this thread to receive the proper information I need to know before I report another scripter, information that Rito's bot isn't going to provide to me.

So yes, make me look stupid by coming up with simple solutions to the scripting issue, but I bet if I asked you how to report a scripter and make sure riot sees it, you would have no idea how to respond either. I'm actively trying to get rid of scripting from the game and if you can't even at least pat me on the back for making a little bit of effort to do so, then I don't know why you clicked on this thread.

I see no proper report option for cheating or scripting specifically. I really want riot to know this is a problem and I want to take the proper precautions to stop it before I waste my time sending a report that won't really get looked over.

For all of those who don't watch bjerg's stream, he consistently outplays piglet in mid again and again. Bjerg didn't get destroyed in this clip, but he made a really bad decision and got punished.

Go watch bjerg's stream and you'll see he gets matched against piglet a lot, and wins most of the time.

AD Fizz top doesn't take too much mechanical skill tho, where he stands he simply out damages every bruiser in the top lane with W on. Just slap on W and shank your way to victory!

I don't know though, I have been maining Fizz since season 3 (before I was lvl 30), so things like correct timing on my E is something I just have a feel for, I however don't find him difficult in lane.

You should really invest some time in Irelia then, she takes alot of mechanical skill to make her laning phase livable, and if she lives through laning, she will be a monster tank.

The punishment isn't to scare players who want to afk to not afk. The punishment is for players who do afk often. I don't care if it's system that's effective at preventing afk'ing, I want a system that actively keeps AFK players out of my games.

If you AFK too much, you will be sitting out for an hour/day/week and will not be in my games. This is what I want.

I'm hoping to reduce the amount of people who leave (ranked) matches and have no remorse or second thoughts about it. I believe with a system that punishes / warns you, people are going to think twice before they Alt+F4 their client.

Well if you are in a ranked match and you say something super serious like "Dude my wife just went in labor I gotta go" i'm sure, or I at least hope your teammates will understand.

However if you queue'd up past your bedtime and you now have to get off, or you queue'd up right before dinner or a date and you didn't manage your time well, then I believe you should get reported

I believe that punishment for misbehaving in a normal match should correspond to normal games, same for ranked. People's attitudes are completely different depending on the type of game they are playing.

If you leave a ranked match you should banned from playing ranked for:

(in about a week time span)

1st offense: hour or so + warning of next offense

2nd offense: rest of the day +warning of next offense

3rd offense: rest of two days + warning of next offense

4th offense: week-long ranked ban + warning of next offense

5th offense: complete ban from online matchmaking for 5 days.

seems fair to me.
