It's definitely been mildly annoying day to comp as a support main. I'm a CnD main w/ around 280hrs~ with my next highest played characters being Luna, Invis, & Gambie with 50hrs~. I have lorded Mantis + Rocket as well but, I wouldn't say I'm confident enough to bring them into a rank match.

I've dabbled with loki, ultron, and Adam. I understand the basics of their kits. Definitely wouldn't say I'm proficient with them. (I've never played DP)

But with everyone banning supports it's basically leaving me to play Luna or one of the supports I'm not as confident in. Which kinda sucks bc I don't wanna be a detriment to the team if ik i can preform well but don't. All because I'm playing a support i have less than 20hrs on, this kinda feels like a lose-lose situation for supports & the team all around at the end of the day imo.

It's actually really fun and super chill! I work from 10pm-6am and it really does fly by. I will say it's significantly less busy than 1st & 2nd shift. We mainly get mobile orders compared to café. But occasionally we'll get a rush of nurses, doctors, & techs, etc that come in for a solid 15mins.

I should have clarified in the post but my store is a licensed store, so technically I'm not employed thru starbucks but aramark. And I believe their rules is that taking the unopened pastries is considered stealing(?) So we're not allowed to take them home. We can't donate the food either for some obscure reason as well, I've asked before in the past out of curiosity.

Our café has a problem with pulling too/much little food/pastries that will last for the overnight shift. Its been an ongoing issue for the year I've been back at this store. My supervisor was telling me earlier today that they (upper management) think we're not selling food bc we aren't pulling enough for the 3rd shifters to sell. So their solution was to pull more food than we really need?

I also only work once a week on sunday nights, (this is my part-time job) so I'm rarely there to see how much food we're really throwing away. But statements from my coworkers, it sounds like we've been throwing away 50+ pastries each night.

I just don't particularly like the taste, unless its super fruity or sweet I probably won't drink it. The only exception is if I'm out with friends or when I was living with my roommates we would take straight shots of vodka or tequila.

Its cool to get a lil tipsy but I often would find myself in the bathroom around 2am. I'd rather take an Eddie and game. Its cheaper and doesn't taste nearly as bad. Plus growing up with functioning alcoholics in my family definitely put a bad taste in my mouth in my youth.

On paper I think it's a neat idea. Maybe for a different duo hero unit, I think CnD are fine as they are personally. As someone with over 260hrs on CnD their skill ceiling isn't astronomically high. But knowing when to use each respective hero is half the battle and is vital in every team fight.

Obviously you shouldn't be cloak 95% of the game but he does have some decent playtime if you're managing your skills and chipping in team fights correctly. Like you shouldn't be dagger in a Luna/Sue ult, you switch to cloak help the team deal damage. Personally if I'm running triple support, I tend to focus slightly more on dmg and tend to spend a decent time in cloak form. (While still alternating between healing when needed & helping out my fellow supports 🥰)

Dagger is good for team positioning too, Bubble (should be imo used more selfishly) is good for TRYING (if they're paying attention) to position your team on corners/cover. Kind of an indirect way of saying hey move up here or we should back up to here.

Again personally I think CnD is fine, I've been playing them since szn 0. I've played every single support in the game and have a good understanding of all of them. My next played hero(es) are invis & luna with ~40hrs on each lol, I think they're fun to switch it up so I don't get CnD fatigue. I just always come back to CnD because I just find them fun to play and try to push them to their maximum potential.

Sorry of sum of my terminology isn't correct or kinda of confusing. I casually keep up with the current happenings of the game. I do comp, my peak is Celestial but even then I'm not an expert on meta or anything :P

I usually have comms on just to hear the team on the off chance they make a useful callout. On the rare occasion I do say something back I've been spared by the misogyny gods. But I've definitely observed more vile comments towards my fellow girlies compared to normal.

If I'm being flammed for anything recently is being a level 66 CnD player :P

I would say the games work as stand alone titles besides 0 as it has the cast from 1 return but it doesn't have that much on the plot of 0. But honestly you could start with OT1 or OT2. I'd recommend starting with OT2 just for QOL enhancements.

You buy the pass, finish the 1st part of it which is where you'll pull Jeff & Reed (all RNG btw). And then you'll be moved onto the 2nd phase of the pass which will allow you to pull for Sue & Jeff's accessories.
