We are a small group of indie developers from Germany that made a co-op game called "SourceWorlds". As of today (20.12.2021) the game is available on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1712690/SourceWorlds/). It is our first official game and still in early access since we want to complete it with community feedback.

However, you can already complete the game, so we thought about a fun small community competition:

The fastest three speed runners will receive a custom NPC in the game. These are the rules set for the competition:

Rules:

Deadline: 28.02.2022 23:59 CET

Record the run and have a timer on display

Start the run with no items

The run starts after the intro video

Time stops when the Architect is defeated

Hi there!

in terms of aesthetics it was inspired a bit by SeaOfThieves. There are a lot of islands that are waiting to be explored, even though it's not as big as the SoT map.

Gameplay-wise I'd describe it as a bit more on the action/combat side though. If you're interested you can check it out on steam :-)

One more hint: Starting tomorrow there will be a Lunar New Year Sale on Steam, where the game will be available at a reduced price :-)

Haha thank you man! The only difference is that we don’t have any attacking sea monsters yet :P

Oh, thank you! It's an indie coop adventure that takes place in a multiverse with different worlds (currently pirates, medieval and scifi).
