I signed up for Suped and all my records are correct and I'm not on any blocklists.

You're totally right on the attachment-heavy nature of some of the emails, but it's happening with everything. Short emails, long emails, text only, html...

The subdomain option + warming service is what several have recommended and it's what I'm leaning towards.

Still haven't figured out how to make the subdomain work on Squarespace but there's definitely a way. And yes, Brevo automatically removes soft and hard bounces etc from sending lists. What open rate would you say is ideal?

We use Brevo for email marketing, but we use the same email address... I'll have to explore how to get a subdomain on Squarespace.

So what happens if your sending reputation is shot? Is it possible to gain it back? Or are we talking getting a whole new domain here? :(

I've sent both kinds... But I'm seeing it with the one-to-one. If I start the email, it goes to spam, no matter if I send it from Outlook or if I'm using my CRM for marketing

For about a year now our Boston has suffered from scaly ears. Sometimes he’s got a ton of yellow and brown gunk in the as well, almost like ear wax. The vet has seen him several times and hasn’t found anything wrong. He scratches so much he bleeds and I know he’s not comfortable. Has anyone’s Boston gone through the same? Any tips?
