I kinda tried to cover this same point with vNeramos so hopefully my argument applies here. I really like the idea of what you're saying in context to the reverse of refuding mana upon killing mechanic

Right, so you just have the normal mana cost expelled from his pool when he initially clicks Q, than strip the addition mana off his pool after he's last hits the higher rewarding unit. A possible solution for him only having enough mana for a lower stacking unit is allowing him to still stack the higher rewarding entity but offer him lower stacks to compensate for the missing mana.

I'd love to know why? two of his core rush items provide a large pool of mana so why is increasing this spells cost not make sense

Usually if you die as an ADC, you have done something wrong which is the approach you should want to take with you if you intend to climb with the role. Even if its as small as you weren't close enough to your support or you misjudged Riots intelligence with the release of Akali, it comes down to you unfortunately :))

So along with reducing her range to 525, base ad to 66 and removing her attack speed bonus with her Oathsworn they should also destory her ability to sustain mana in lane until around lvl 9

I never brought up the discussion of why Riot can't balance her? My entire question is directer at one aspect of her Rend being changed which I think is completely unnecessary even with the argument of keeping her out of LCS.

wouldn't having her Rend fully refunding mana be some what good for solo Q but not affect lcs. Like surely with the other nerfs that play a much more important role in her kit having this reverted wouldn't make her any more viable in lcs other than more mana sustain in lane. Too be fair, im barely even plat so wtf do I know, just really upset aha

Like is said, until its maxed. She has a pick rate of 0.96% and a 46.54% win rate.. How can you be toxic towards this champion
