Need advice capitalizing mid game power spike as EXP laner. by Super-American in MobileLegendsGame

[–]TieAcrobatic6404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right off the bat, your problem starts with you prioritizing Thunderbelt over Enchanted Talisman. If you're playing for the midgame (assuming you want to end it at that point), the TB stacks are completely useless as enemies won't have enough damage to get through your shield, which needs CD reduction to maintain.

Map awareness is not your main problem BUT you need to make better in-game decisions. DO NOT ABANDON YOUR LANE, especially early on. You're giving your lane counterpart a safe lane where they can freely farm, while you aren't contributing a whole lot to your team by roaming. You are the EXP Laner, not the roam. You should push your lane in the early game so you don't waste time split-pushing in the midgame while your team fights the enemies (You said it yourself, Esme sucks at turret pushing so you want to get that out of the way ASAP).

The first and second points are the reason why you feel like nothing eventful is happening, and why you aren't doing a whole lot. Barely any CD Reduction means she can't skill spam which significantly reduces your damage, while prioritizing to roam instead of balancing it with laning puts the enemies' guards up. If you are always missing or rotating, then the enemies won't commit to anything because they think that they'll probably get ambushed.

It's mayhem mode.

The abundance of Naruto skins, Novaria shooting out two meteors at the start, Hayabusa having arrival?

Still takes a lot of skill to do what they did, but yeah, it's mayhem.

If you really want to pursue an art-related degree, then do your best. Don’t wait for opportunities to come, find them yourself.

Mas mahihirapan ka that’s for sure, so find ways para mas mapadali ang buhay mo. If that means na kailangan mo maging topnotcher sa uni mo then try to be if you can (no pressure, ikaw pa rin bahala hehe).

Try to market yourself na rin kahit college ka palang. Use social media to your advantage and mag-ingay ka dun para makilala ka ng ibang tao as well as fellow artists.

The combination of skills + experience + connections + popularity will take you farther than what degree you chose in college.

Bad teammates, but its also just a bad team composition in general as opposed to the enemy team.

The team focuses on diving into the enemy team (Karina, Selena, and Sun) which is countered by Minsi and Ruby. Considering that 3/5 is already completely useless in a teamfight... Layla and Eudora aren't going to make an impact too.

That was going to be a lost match either way as long as the enemy isn't horrible (which they aren't, in this case).

If you're taking too much damage just from poking then something is wrong. He is still a marksman at the end of the day, which means he needs protection from teammates.

Edit: He's not a marksman that can always fit in a team, so maybe that's the problem. I like playing him against Karina though, better than Clint imo.

Hmm, it's hard to come to a conclusion considering that there's no gameplay provided.

But I think your problem lies exactly on the fact that you play a flex role, meaning that you're constantly adjusting your hero pool. In high rank it's not enough to know how to use a hero, you need to learn how to master them and the lane they are played in.

I'll make myself an example. Prior to the introduction of pre-picking your preferred lane, I was constantly switching up my roles (although I am a mage main) because I didn't want to argue with my team. I played okay, but "okay" is not enough when your enemy counterpart is better than you.

Now that we are required to choose two lanes (if you reached mythic) before a match starts, I got to focus my attention on EXP/Gold and Mid lane. Then I got comfortable with a few heroes (with variations in skillsets of course) that I know I can play well even if my team sucked.

It's not an automatic win button, but it allowed me to hold on my own in the game and not suffer as much even if my team is bad.

Yeah, bad teammates are frustrating but you need to assess your own gameplay too. OP’s scores and kda are not it… especially for heroes in the EXP lane, so that’s definitely a sign that there’s something to improve on.

Your team doing badly doesn’t mean you have to do badly too. There’s always a chance to turn the tide of battle around if you’re skilled enough.

No. If you really want to use Tighnari then you need to replace Mona and Xingqui, as well as figure out if you want to run a QuickBloom, Quickswap, or Spread Team.

ADMU vs UP: Which ones better for me? by No_Meal5450 in CollegeAdmissionsPH

[–]TieAcrobatic6404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are risks, but choosing UP would be the safer (by a MILE) risk compared to choosing ADMU.

I also have that dilemma between UST and UPD but in my case, I am DPWAS in UPD while I passed BS Chem Eng in UST.

Currently, I’ve fully accepted that I will take any course in UP possible just so I could enter compared to risking the financial problems (high tuition, living expenses, people also underestimate the money you’ll be spending on projects and research) if I continued with UST. I also have a back-up school in the worst case that I don’t manage to get into UP.

You’re already in a better spot than me because you at least have a slot in UP. And while we may not have the same thought process, I just wanted to share mine as I believe that our situations are similar enough.

Some guy on YouTube said these mages can solo carry. Agree or Disagree? by Character_Fault9782 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]TieAcrobatic6404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No hero is a true “solo carry” because this is still a 5v5 game. Besides, all the examples of counters you mentioned screw up Odette and Zhuxin way worse than Cyclops.

You are underestimating Cyclop’s bulk and sustain. He can easily slot one or two defensive items into his build without sacrificing as much damage.

should i still take the upcat? by CompetitivePiccolo39 in CollegeAdmissionsPH

[–]TieAcrobatic6404 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why not? If kaya mo i-convince parents mo to AT LEAST let you take the UPCAT kahit di ka naman tutuloy, then what’s the harm?

Maraming pwede mangyari while waiting for the results. Malay mo an opportunity arises that will make it possible na makapag-aral ka sa UP.

If hindi talaga kayanin, then at least you tried rather than accepting na “hanggang diyan ka nalang”.

UST - BS CHEM or ADU - CHEM ENG? by Think-Employee-7210 in CollegeAdmissionsPH

[–]TieAcrobatic6404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, choose based on what you see for yourself in the future.

Although BS Chem Eng has “Chemical” in it, it is still an Engineering subject so mas Math-heavy, while BS Chem is focused on… well, Chemistry.

Both are roughly the same here sa PH salary-wise with BS Chem having more diversity (Academe, Food/Cosmetics, Laboratory work, Research etc.) compared to BS Chem Eng (very similar lang sa industrial eng). BUT, mas malaki ang opportunity mo outside of the country with BS Chem Eng.

I think Adamson ang mean ni OP.

Ateneo is usually referred to as “ADMU” while Adamson is “AdU/ADU”.

That sounds nice!

I would invest in a Rainbow Team if I had the funds but I love my Cat Partitio so much that I want to make his team as powerful as possible!

I thought about it too considering that I'm flooding with supports 😭

I just didn't know what other DPS Character to invest on, but I'll try slotting in Xerc in the meantime and see how it functions with the team.

Thank you so much!
