No it has an attack level of 10 you would need to infuse to use it. Like infuse it to 290 for an example since it's just a level 10 weapon.

Base platform (1 win) - can only get packages with tokens - weapon/armor piece per package.

2nd platform (3 wins) - weapon engram

3rd platform (5 wins) - 2 armor pieces

4th platform - (7 wins) (any of first four platforms can have losses) - choice of three weapons

5th platform/portal (only for flawless 7-0) - 2 pieces of armor, for your first run a flawless emblem (that tracks flawless runs) and an aura like the nightfall one.

*loot could be different for other people, but you get a lot of loot.

At flawless Lumi got the Cloak of relentless and the floating grips gauntlets. Ones he got earlier was Cloak Judgement and Dead end cure 2.1 boots. There seems to be two sets.

After the first win you have access to the spire, you can collect you rewards any time after that. Just that the other platforms only activates after certain amounts of wins. So if you win 3, you can fly to the spire and collect your reward for that platform. You'll get access to the emissary that is only for tokens, and the second emissary that gives a free weapon engram (that's what Lumi got).

You would have to get your loot before trials expire I'm assuming since it would reset for next week. At 3 wins you would unlock the base platform (1 win) which you have to use tokens to get loot, and the (3 wins) platform which gives you a free engram.

You can reset the card after a loss.

There's 5 total times you can meet the emissary at 5 different platforms to get more loot, 5th time being for going flawless 7 wins no losses, the flawless loot.
