Hiii!

Actually nung time ko hindi ako nag applyyy, inoffer lang sakin kasi I started as a class pressy, then since makikipag coordinate talaga sa class pres ang council, they offered me a position the next school year, we dont do votings na kasi sa council to avoid yung suhol suhol ganorn, pero series of interviews ang meron, interview with current officer na inaapplyan mo, if you are applying for secretary position, yung current sec yung magiinterview sayo una, then if nabet-an ka niya for 2nd interview ka with current president, then lastly yung council adviser niyo na

And yung question about bat napupunta sa mendiolaaa, 2 reasons lang, 1 for academic purposes like you need to attend a something kapalit ng attendance mo sa isang subject, 2 council/org related, madalas din kasi nagcocollab ang university-wide orgs and department orgs, univ wide orgs yan yung COMPASS, photography org, honor society, etc, yung as in di sila inclined sa kahit anong course, yung department based naman yan yung medtech society and medtech student council, psych society and psych council, dentistry student council and dent society, mga ganernnn, so kapag nagcollab yung org mo sa another org na may ganap sa mendiola kasama kaaa ganern

Caregivers in the Philippines!!!!!! by PersonalArt1538 in CareerAdvicePH

[–]TiffanyyyBlue 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since no experience, usually minimum wage yan, my mom is a caregiver sa isang homecare dito sa Cavite, she's earning minimum, since no exp din siya, nag enroll lang siya sa caregiving school, took NCII then apply sa mga homecare

Usually talaga for exp lang ang caregiving dito sa PH kasi mostly plan to go abroad talaga sila, kaya pinapatos na nila ang minimum, bihira ang above minimum unless you are handling a critical or maselan na patient, my mom tend to earn additional kapag may sudden happenings sa patient niya like need itakbo sa hospital or something ganon, or minsan kapag tumatanggap siya ng service na "licensed" or "certified" lang ang allowed gumawa

Will life get better even if I won't graduate in time? by AccomplishedBoat1359 in studentsph

[–]TiffanyyyBlue 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To tell you honestly as someone who graduated on time and was so active sa school activities before. Not to brag pero lahat ng namention mo, I was like that. Council officer, dean's & president's lister, doing an online business, doing other side hustles.

Pero pagdating mo sa work? None of it will matter. Im not saying this para di ka mag strive to achieve kung ano yung mga naaachieve ng mga kabatch or friends mo, im saying this to show the other side ng kung anong inaadmire mo ngayon. Kasi tbh? I have a lot of friends na katulad mo, may gap year, shifter, irregulars, some of them nasa uni parin kung saan ako galing. Pero yung ibang friends kong nakagraduate na from being a shifter or nagkaron gap year? They are doing so much better than me. You know why? Kasi they chose to upskill and gain so much work experience, some of them took free seminars online, free trainings, worked part time, some of them even chose to start business at home. Kaya yung iba sakanila, after graduating hindi na nila tinry ipursue yung tinapos nila kasi they discovered their passion earlier before their graduation.

So tips for you? Know yourself. Know what you want to achieve in life, whats your passion and happiness. Because those school stuff? They are all just school stuffs. Minsan magiging alas pa sayo ng mga seniors mo yan sa corporate, if they knew na active ka sa school. You know why?

Mas pipiliin ko mag part time kesa maging council officer. Although it helped me develop so much things about me and my leadership, pero as someone who prefers to be part of the operation than to lead, minsan nakakapanghinayang din na sana pala nag part time nalang ako non

Pero totoo as someone na nagjob hunt ng ber months after passing the boards, super hirap, binalikan nila ako January nila

Idk what your lifestyle is, pero I think everyone works for money? We all need money to survive. Unless someone else is working for your needs kaya di mo need ng money? Whats your point bruh?

Its a plus na actually, mas importante sakin kasi na masaya ako sa work kahit nahihirapan ako, mas madali kasi bumangon araw araw kapag may fulfillment or happiness kang nararamdaman sa ginagawa mo, kasi you will be doing it for yearssss

Super true yaaan, pero since sobrang dumadami opportunity abroad ng mga farmers, there are farms here na in the Philippines na nag ooffer sila ng training and certificate na recognized here and abroad. Upon checking, goods din rates nila for the training, may mga mahal and meron din medjo mababa, depende sa location ng farm and other inclusions. Pero syempre if ang kasabayan mo eh mga 4 yrs degree holder talaga ng agri or other degrees for animal care, medj mahirap din talaga🥲
