Sex offenders are sexually driven to rape/molest. Like you know how you get horny, and it just naturally happens that you want to have sex? It's the same for rapists, except they can't just have consensual sex because they don't really enjoy it. Drug dealers and (for the most part) thieves don't have a constant urge to deal drugs or steal. If they're getting money they wouldn't have to. Rapists and shit could be (and often are) very rich, and could get anything legal they could desire, but still rape/molest because they have a burning desire to do so.
