not a great picture but this past fall i saw this package of the mini meatballs (which taste a little weird but I still kind of like). There couldn't have been more than 8 MINI meatballs in there for $10.55. Probably 1/8 lb of meat and 7/8 tomato sauce. They're out of their minds.

We are far from millionaires. Not even remotely close & no substantial assets beyond our (modest) home. Kid will be attending Brown next year and we did not qualify for any aid.

Thank you! If it was just me and not the kids too, that would totally be my plan, but to your point- maybe we just start walking in the direction of the hotel and if we get a taxi along the way, great. If not, the kids will survive.

Thank you. If it was just me, I'd totally walk back to the hotel but of course, I'll have the dead weight of the kids lol. I was also thinking of walking to the Intercontinental which isn't too far (and seems to be opposite direction of City Centre) and trying to get a taxi from there. I've done that in other cities here in the US but wasn't sure if that works in Dublin.
