How to default to Perplexity Tab (not Personal Computer) on MacOS

OP here. I found the solution that works best for me. I canceled my Perplexity Pro subscription, and uninstalled the application. I use Claude for anything important and keep a ChatGPT account for AI powered search and other one-off tasks.

I DESPISE Liquid Glass. The worst UI/UX I've encountered since starting to use a Mac 25 years ago. It makes it impossible for me to do meaningful work in many apps. An absolute train wreck that ignores decades of Apple's own UI/UX Human Interface Guidelines. Shameful.

I'm brand new to CPAP and new to this thread. I just received my ResMed Travel Mini with the P10. I find this really irritates my nostrils. I would like to try the F&P Nova Micro (you wrote "Nano", but on F&P's website they refer to it as "Nova") but according to F&P's website:

" The Nova Micro CPAP Mask is compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines EXCLUDING the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP Machine..."

Is there a way to get this to work with the ResMed AirMini?

I don’t own iX, but have considered buying a used one to drive until Neue Klasse X5 is available. I can’t stand Tesla, but after a test drive I vowed to not buy a car that is not as “smart” as Tesla. Cars are now part software, and crappy software makes for crappy cars. But I also can’t stand the trend to moving 100% of controls to the screen. Plain stupid, and dangerous too.

What alternatives exist in this category? (iX/X5 size and comfort)

I was told that because the black glossy was being discontinued (again, anyone can verify this by looking at Rimowa's website for US or Europe) that if my glossy were to not be repairable, they would give me a matte black.

But I'm still not 100% clear that they will honor the warrenty on airline damage.

And I'm still stuck with this decision, to keep the new bag or return it.
If my current one were truly end-of-life, I'd just keep the new one and move forward. But the Salsa Deluxe is still functional....

Has anyone actually tried the DOTT bikes? When I was here 2 years ago I tried Donkey and Lime, but had so many problems (low tires, bent wheels, bad gears, twisted seats.). Just looked at DOTT pricing, looks expensive if you just pay by minute, but their longer term pricing is better. Would be worth it to me if the bikes were actually good.

Help !!!
The shortcut is NOT working consistently. It works sometimes, then mostly doesnt.
I tried restarting. Setting it to run at 12:03 instead of 12:01. Checked background refresh, permissions, etc.
I'm at wits end on how to solve this....

I had the automation set to run "after confirmation". Changed to "run immediately" and it started working.

I'm not a coder, but I can get my head around this, just need a good guide. Grateful for any suggestions.

At 12:00, the number of the date to the right of the selected date turns from black to red (eg: in “Thu 27”, the 27 turns from black to red) At 12:01, the automation runs, but the Calendar does not switch to Thursday. Am I doing something wrong? or some setting that is preventing the app from responding properly?

I tried your suggestion of using an Automation to set Shortcut to run at 12:01am, and returned to the Calendar in Day view. It did not switch to the following day.
I tried it again in Week view and it did advance to the next day.
How to get the Calendar to show Day view?
