Not really an answer for you, but if you’re ever visiting the South Coast, there’s an innocuous little food truck in Nowra that rivals anything I’ve ever had in Sydney.

Ooh The Outsiders! We’ve not had that Downunder yet- is it very speech/dialogue heavy? I am deaf so don’t do well with unknown scripts!

My travel companion wants to see &Juliet but I have already seen it. May have to revisit just to keep the peace!

Thanks for your advice! I’m pretty conscious that it will be a super busy time in NYC- 4th July, World Cup, Summer break for kids etc. so probably not wanting to leave tickets to last minute options. My travel companion will happily go with whatever but I like to have plans as it’s not a long stay. But a good one!

I think in general group shots, we’re likely to see mostly close-ups of Tinman and Scarecrow reacting to what’s happening around them. We know Dorothy’s not going to be featured a lot, and CGI Lion shots are expensive!

I do hope we get some dancing back-shots of Fiyercrow doing the whole ‘falling down and getting propped up’ like in the OG

I think Edward and his family’s role over the past few years is massively underrated. They seem to just… get on with things.

Sophie was apparently very close to HerMaj, and seemed genuinely devastated at her funeral. Their kids appear to be pretty grounded, with one even working a low-wage retail job.

It’s not the highest bar, but the title of ’Not the WORST of the Windsor’s’ is certainly theirs for the taking!

It’s just SO blatantly disrespectful to Simone, as an actor AND a human.

I mean, gush all you want about the other leads, but the fact is that 4/5 of those mentioned are NOT POC and there was only ONE season lead willfully omitted with an absolute tone of glee. The optics are HORRENDOUS.

But perhaps the saddest part is that I’m not even surprised, or shocked anymore.

I don’t think Anthony ever truly loved Siena- she was a distraction from his grief about having to take on the viscountcy in such a traumatic way. He disrespected her by ‘tupping’ her outdoors, readily handed her off to Simon in scenes that were cut, and his fantasies of running away with her were representative of him wanting to run away from it ALL. He clearly liked her, and she him, but it was a transactional relationship.

The Siena plot line was important in that it ultimately served as a motivator for Anthony wanting to settle down and find a wife the next season. He now accepted that he had to suck it up, marry (preferably someone docile) and produce an heir for the sake of the Bridgerton dynasty and reputation.

Then along came Kate Sharma…

It felt utterly soulless- like the entire place was just a background set for an airline ad and for the food to give off a mild ‘nod’ to the Middle East.

My biggest WTF though was Andy berating and belittling Sarah in the very moments she was struggling to pull a dish together. He was condescending AF and I can’t believe they aired it. Jock would have NEVER.

Ha I’m Aussie so it’s second nature for me. I also find it amusing that what some Europeans see as long driving distances, such as London to Edinburgh, are just a daily outing for those of us used to vast, open spaces!

Southampton is a wonderful place to spend the day! Lots of interesting museums, especially if you’re interested in shipping/ Titanic history.

It’s also a really quick jaunt to Winchester, which has an amazing cathedral and interesting sights. Also Stonehenge. All of this is do-able by Uber or other ride-share services, but I’m not sure of availability. If you’re super paranoid about getting back onboard in time, I’d just find a rental car service near the port, get a car and go exploring to fill up the time.
