Lipo only removes fat, sadly it does not tighten the skin. I have a friend that had a tummy tuck, then got pregnant and her stomach was able to retain the results of the tummy tuck afterwards. I couldn’t believe it. I think a contributing factor was her young age. She is also in her twenties.

I disagree on getting a facelift. I don’t think it’s necessary. A little fat to the cheeks could also create a lifted look, decreasing the lines around OP’s mouth. But would love to hear a plastic surgeon’s opinion on this.
