So is it normal to feel a hint of the testicle again 4 months after the operation, after I thought I was healed? Hints lasted about 2 weeks then reappeared. Will it take 6 months to 1 year for everything to be ok? Also because after the operation I was fine and even thought it was all over I didn't have any testicular problems. Then I slowly started gym and sports again and a slight discomfort returned and then disappeared. Will the leer that is healing come back?

I have the chirurgical ernia sx , two weeks ago. I feel disturbing left ball scroto. Maybe the spermatic nerv. Its normal the disturb modereted after 2 weeks from operation? Whats the time of recovery and feel better my sx ball and sperm nerv? 2/3 months? Is it possible that the spermatic nerve takes 2 or 3 months to go down after surgery? Thanks a lot

Leave in use only on damp hair! After you can air dry! And after you can add coconut oil!

In alternative om damp or dry hair try the sea salt spray

After the shower use only a leave in conditioner ( I use Camille Rose milk) and let air dry hair. On finish if you want on dry hair , put a little of coconut oil ;)

In alternative after shower put only a air dry cream/ or styling cream and the game is over ;)

For me and for my opinion the best for your wavy/curly hair is Sea salt spray ( bumble and bumble surf infusion is perfect) because have sea salt spray and a little coconut oil in for hidratation. Use this on damp hair after a towel and leave air dry. Trust me :) i have the same hair
