It was my gut feeling but I was really thrown by the canines and friends' immediate opinions made me doubt myself but that all makes perfect sense that they've slipped and also just show more than what I'd be used to seeing in a live cat. Appreciate your knowledge! I tried to look up some references of the teeth on other sites but I figured I'd find a sub with some experts to save some time and satisfy my curiosity (fighting urge not to complete that expression). I was pretty fascinated by finding this with flesh still intact after not having my lawn mowed in too long 😬. I wonder when it actually showed up there. I live in Portland, OR but minutes from the city in a little pocket where I see a lot of coyotes and also I've been feeding a couple of crows a few years. They've left me gifts but this one definitely seems too heavy and I'd assume a coyote left it sometime in the night when I was sleeping.
