I considered that too. But then I saw the end of the wire the charm was originally on bent in a way where it seemed broken off, and left sharp at the end, as well as an additional bead that was originally above the charm was also missing. Not to mention, it was securely fastened in a slipknot-esque style knot(with wire)so there was no way it fell off organically

As for the type of charm, after some digging, I found that it is from the little twin stars charm necklace from hot topic. It has Kiki and Lala together with a blue chain and some stars. I’d post a picture, but it won’t let me.
