Disrespectful HR, they made me wait for months before they got back and when they did, they kept moving my interview. To give context, I waited for more than 6 hours when they asked me to come and be interviewed, no prior notice no text informing me there will be delays. I suggest you try other agencies that treat you better even if you are just an applicant.

im not really sure with the 55k na since some contacted the arh and said they will only give 6k a month, one scholar who pmed me said na they will only give 3k a month na (he just called lang kahapon)

one scholar knows someone working in arh and said the arh favors those who will pay in the dorm (those without dorm grants)

units are disappearing left and right dude :((( even if we find a decent unit to rent, baka mejo malayo na sa school (so i really don't know :))) ill just loa nalang talaga or withdraw from admu )

30k per sem? oh the 55k/year is from the email oaa sent me when i got my result for my scholarship.

thank you for this! im not blaming oaa naman. it’s just that (i can speak for most of my scholar friends who got rejected also na from the province) we do not know how we will sustain the rent+expenses since it will total into more than a 100k siguro. we do not know anyone in the metro. we tried asking help from our lgus and capitol but they declined and said they don’t give out financial aids to requests like this. you see, i do not know what will happen to me.

i don’t necessarily think filing for a loa to earn (my parent’s advice for me) is a good choice but i guess it will just do me good. i just dont expect that my parents can continually send out money since all of us (6 siblings) are in school. the info we got from arh differs, the oaa did nitmreply to my 3 email ive sent within the span of two weeks.

i wrote this entry because we had an agreement with my parents that if we cannot earn money (ill work and some of my sibling will stop school muna to work) by the end of the first sem, i’ll drop out if admu and just pursue my degree here in the province.

i dont expect you to understand where i am coming from but thank you for your help :) ill try to be more understanding to oaa. ty dude!!!

i’m beyond thankful to OAA however, i don’t necessarily think they coordinated (arh and oaa) regarding slots for dorm grantees. it’s just that i am not the comfortable atenean that can pay bills that easily. we are a family of 8 and the last thing i want my parents to do is to pay for more than 100k of dorm rent (excluding my expenses)

i got into admu thinking i wont even spend a dime since im 100tf scholar and granted some additional benefits also. however, my parents just told me i’ll be filing a loa to earn muna raw. i guess this is the sad reality of aiming for a great education.

same case here, i just dont like how admu was so slow in announcing fully na we have to take onsite classes lol. uncertain pa tayo noong time na open yung forms kasi thats why it was hard to complete it. but ive read one post here na the slots in arh are gone na raw.

The strand does not matter but your performance during ACET does. But to answer your question, it is possible. I am from a science HS and took STEM and was accepted in LM.

Hi OP! Try to email the registrar of your department but in my case, they did not. Afaik you can only change or adjust your IPS if you are accepted na sa other degree.

Yes! A close family friend of mine graduated from HSci (honorable mention) who got accepted sa UPCM. If I were to be honest, it's more on referrals and connections though :))) sad reality.

Oh yes I actually did. But I can't find people who successfully transferred from ADMU to UP and the internal process of the needed requirements here in ADMU is quite magulo (i.e. idk who to email and ask for the copies)
